The Mobilise team is the focal point for all your cosmetic surgery needs in Malta, from your initial enquiry to departure. We are on hand too by phone and email when you arrive home to ensure you have the information you need to assist in your after care.   

Our role is to ensure your well being and peace of mind from start to finish.  We bring together your entire package of healthcare – price, surgeons, hospital, accommodation and more – and assist you throughout your stay. 

Your needs are paramount, so you’ll have a dedicated Mobilise team member at your disposal, on call round the clock, from the day you arrive in Malta.  We give you a mobile phone with free credit and programmed with the number of your personal, Mobilise assistant. 

Our customer service representatives liaise with all those involved in your cosmetic surgery abroad – both medical and non-medical services.   Whatever your request, you can rely on Mobilise to go the extra mile.   We also arrange extra facilities at your accommodation, hire taxis, organise sightseeing and book visits to spa, wellness & beauty centres. 

The Mobilise team is complemented by highly-trained and experienced medical professionals and nursing staff at our partner hospitals and clinics, as well as our preferred, quality partners for chauffeured cars, hospitality services and more.

Lucianne Bajada - Customer & Medical Services Liaison

Lucianne is our key customer service representative and likely to be the first person you will speak to when making an enquiry.  She has extensive knowledge of the entire range of cosmetic surgery procedures we offer.  Lucianne liaises daily with the medical professionals involved in your procedure including our team of top surgeons and doctors and also with the directors of our partner hospitals and clinics.   She has a wealth of experience in customer care, having worked for various blue-chip names in customer relations roles.  She is also a qualified beautician and has a deep personal interest in the cosmetic surgery, aesthetics and wellness sectors.

Lucianne liaises with you also after your surgery, to follow up on your well being and gather your feedback on our service. 

 

Edward Psaila - Patient Logistics Manager

Edward manages all the logistics relating to your cosmetic surgery abroad, including the booking of hospital and hotel rooms, operating theatres and transport; in fact, all logistical services, both medical and non-medical.  Edward also makes arrangements for any accompanying relatives or carers.  He is available on a 24-hour direct line with you during your stay in Malta.  Edward has continuous access to the healthcare network within the Mobilise Group and therefore has a unique overview of your entire stay.  He is experienced in handling the many services that go into making your visit run smoothly.
